PRODLIST-Indústria - List of Industrial Products

About - 2025

Prodlist-Industry is a detailed list of industrial goods and services surveyed in the Annual Survey of Industry (PIA) - Product. It is derived from the National Classification of Economical Activities - CNAE and combined with the and Common Nomenclature of Mercosur - NCM, also harmonized with the CCP (Central Product Classification) of the United Nations Statistics Division - UNSD.

With this publication, the IBGE presents the updated version of this nomenclature, which is revised every three years. This volume includes annexes with the detailed CNAE structure with reference to industrial activities, the standard units for the measurement of physical output of products and the list of codes which have been updated since PRODLIST-Industry 2022.

PRODLIST-Industry 2025 is an important instrument for the organization of surveys and the statistical surveying of products from mining and quarrying and manufacturing industries, also allowing comparability between information on internal production and records of export and imports of goods and services.

Description

PRODLIST-Industry is a detailed list of goods and industrial services surveyed in the Annual Survey of Industry (PIA) - Product, elaborated according to harmonization and articulation concepts between the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur - NCM, the National Classification of Economical Activities - CNAE and the Central Product Classification - CPC.

With this publication, the IBGE presents the updated version of this nomenclature, which is revised every three yearas. This volume inlcudes annexes with the detailed CNAE structure with reference to industrial activity, the standard units for the measurement of physical output of products and the list of codes which have been updated since PRODLIST-Industry 2013.

Errata

  • Replacement of the complete publication of the 2016 Prodlist

    Published date: 30/08/2017

    Description:  The erros is characterized by the omission of wo codes and definitions relative to products 1052.2200 (Nata) and 1052.2210 (Butter oil, spreads and fats obtained from milk).

    Actions: A new book was eleborated for the publication with the proper corrections and an errata in the beginning with a list of the updates.

  • Replacement of the Publication List of Products of Industry - PRODLIST: Industry 2013

    Published date: 06/08/2015

    Description: Products 2063.2150 (Preparations for oral or dental hygiene, n.s.) and 2063.2220 (Medicine soaps, in bars, pieces, etc.) were overlooked in the printed publication. Correspondence of product 1069.2030 (Arrowroot, barley, rye, oat and other cereals flours, including composite flours) with the NCM contained a nonexistent code in the NCM 2012.

    Actions: Errata included in printed publication. Update note included in the page giving access to the file.
