About the publication - Acre - 1:100,000 version 2023

The Continuous Vector Cartographic Base of the State of Acre, on a scale of 1:100,000, BC100_AC, offers society a digital planimetric mapping compatible with the precision requirements of the National Cartographic System (SCN) and adequate to the standards and norms of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (INDE). It was produced based on the interpretation of satellite images that cover the territory of the state, on information collected by IBGE surveys, on the cartographic base developed by the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development (FBDS), on the project "Radiografia da Amazônia" (Radiography of the Amazon), from the Directorate of Geographic Services (DSG) of the Brazilian Army, in addition to topographic sheets of systematic mapping and information from partner sector bodies. Implemented according to the Technical Specifications for Structuring Geospatial Vector Data in version 3.0 (ET_EDGV v.3), the BC100_AC also includes the list of names present in the base.
