IBGE releases weekly Schedule with activities for March 23-27

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) today (March 23) released the IBGE Schedule for the week of March 23-27. It includes internal and external meetings, events, and appointments from various areas of the Institute, including the Presidency, the Directorates and Advisory Boards, the State Superintendencies, and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Since 2024, the IBGE Schedule has been published every Monday at 9 am, and includes the calendar for the coming days, starting from the date of publication. See the complete IBGE schedule on the IBGE Schedule information channel.

Presidency

On Monday (23), at 3 pm, members of the Presidency will participate in a preparatory meeting for the IV Meeting of Information Producers Aiming at the 2030 Agenda - SDG 18.

On Tuesday (24), at 8:30 am, representatives of the Presidency will participate in the event National Dialogues towards Development – ​​4th Dialogue with the Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in Recife (PE).

On Wednesday (25), at 9 am, the Presidency team will participate in the monthly meeting of the Inter-agency and Expert Group on SDG Indicators (IAEG-SDGs).

On Thursday (26), at 8 am, members of the Presidency will conduct the Workshop “Indicators for the 2030 Agenda: how to measure the progress of sustainable development in the territories” during the Federative Caravan in Rio de Janeiro.

Directorates and Advisory Boards

On Monday (23), at 3 pm, the Marketing Division team (COMAR) will hold the launch event for the Triple Forum Report, in Fortaleza.

On Tuesday (24), at 11 am, members of the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will participate in a meeting with the coordinators of the Statistics courses at UFF and UFRJ. And, at 3 pm, the Marketing Division team (COMAR) will inaugurate the Casa Brasil IBGE Recife - Fundaj.

On Wednesday (25), at 10 am, the Social Communication Division (CCS) team will release the 2024 National School Health Survey.

On Thursday (26), at 9 am, the CCS team will release the National Extented Consumer Price Index 15.

On Friday (27), at 7:30 am, the COMAR team will hold the Federative Caravan in Niterói.

State Superintendencies

On Monday (23), at 2 pm, representatives from the Alagoas State Superintendency (SES/AL) will hold a stage of the annual training on Structural Surveys in Companies, in Santana do Ipanema.

On Tuesday (24), at 9:30 am, members of the Goiás State Superintendency (SES/GO) will participate in the National Meeting of Structural Surveys – ENAPE.

On Wednesday (25), all day long, the team from the Mato Grosso do Sul State Superintendency (SES/MS) will collect agricultural, business, price, household and address registration surveys at the branches.

On Thursday (26), at 1:30 pm, representatives from the Paraná State Superintendency (SES/PR) will participate in the State Seminar on Sustainable Rural Development.

On Friday (27), all day long, the team from the Espírito Santo State Superintendency (SES/ES) will collect surveys at the agencies.
