IBGE Schedule: Check the IBGE schedule for the week of March 10-14

A new edition of the IBGE Schedule is already available. The document available today (10) includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) for the week of March 10-14.

Since January 2024, the IBGE weekly schedule is released every Monday at 9 am. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.

Presidency

On Monay (10), at 9 am, representatives of the IBGE´s Presidency participate in a meeting in the Ministry of Planning and Budget (MPO). At 10 am, a Presidency´s team takes part in an on-line meeting of the International Forum of the Total Official Support for Sustainable Development (TOSSD).

Still on Monday, at 2 pm, members of the Presidency participate in the taking office of the Minister of Health. At 2:30 pm, a Presidency´s team meets with representatives of the Ministry of Health to discuss about Sustainable Development Goals Indicators.

On Wednesday (12), at 10 am, a Presidency´s team takes part in a meeting of the Thematic Chamber of SDG 18.

On Thursday (13), at 2 pm, representatives of the Presidency meet with a team of the Directorate of Information Technology (DTI) to discuss about the SDG Brazil Platform.

Directorates and Advisories

On Monday (10), during the entire day, a team of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) carries out a technical visit to Embrapa Territorial to design the work plan of the Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) in Campinas (SP). At 10 am, a team of the Division of On-Line Services and Experience (CEON) participates in a meeting about the Names in Brazil project. At 6 pm, ENCE´s Inaugural Lecture of the Master and PhD Program takes place.

On Tuesday (11), during the entire day, DPE representatives take part in the workshop on Concepts and Indicators for Diagnosis and Monitoring of Pastures in the Brazilian Biomes, organized by Embrapa Meio Ambiente in Jaguariúna (SP). At 9 am, a DPE team participates in a meeting of the United Nations working group on Workflow 5 on FAIR and Reproducibility.

Still on Tuesday, at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) carries out the press release of the Monthly Survey of industry: Physical Production - Brazil (PIM-PF). At 11 am, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) take part in the first meeting of the Working Group on Disasters of Global Geospatial Information - America Management.

On Wednesday (12), at 8 am, ENCE teachers participate in a meeting of the LarPT Project. At 9am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) carries out the on-line press release of the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA/INPC).

On Thursday (13), at 9 am, ENCE representatives take part in a meeting of the CBAE Project. At the same time, CCS will carry out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Services (PMS).

On Friday (14), during the entire day, DPE representatives carry out a technical visit to Embrapa Digital to design the work plan of the ACT in Campinas (SP). At 8 am, an ENCE team participates in a meeting of the Artificial Intelligence and Public Policies Project (IAPP) with representatives of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) and the Center of Studies on Public Policies (NEPP).

Also on Friday, at 9 am, CCS will carry out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Trade (PMC). At 3 pm, DGC representatives take part in a meeting with the Secretariat of the Interministerial Commission for Sea Resources.

State Superintendencies

On Monday (10), during the entire day, a representative of the State Superintendence of Alagoas (SES-AL) participates in the international seminar: "Disaster reduction and management: answers based on resilience and prevention measures focused on the development of works of public investment."

On Tuesday (11), at 8:30 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Sergipe (SES-SE) will be trained in charging the use of water in Sergipe, promoted by the State Secretariat of Environment, Sustainability and Climate Actions.

On Wednesday (12), at 2 pm, members of the State Superintendence of Minas Gerais (SES-MG) take part in a monthly on-line meeting of the Working Group on Favelas and Urban Communities.
