IBGE releases Schedule for the week of December 2-6

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (2) the schedule for the week of December 2-6. The document includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Presidency
On Monday (2), at 3 pm, an IBGE´s Presidency team participated in the weekly meeting of the Coordination General of Census Operations (GCE).
On Tuesday (3), at 9 am, Casa Brasil IBGE/CEARÁ IPECE is inaugurated in Fortaleza (CE).
On Wednesday (4), at 2 pm, representatives of the Presidency take part in a follow-up meeting of the team of Operational Databases (BDO).
On Thursday (5), at 9:30 am, a team participates in the Coordination General of Census Operations' managerial meeting on the schedule of census operations.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (2), at 8 am, a team of the Center for Information Documentation and Dissemination (CDDI) carries out the photographic record of the 7th Geo-technology Journey, at the Fazenda Palace (RJ). At 8:30 am, ENCE teachers take part in the VII Bayesian Congress of Latin America (COBAL) and in the 17th Brazilian Meeting of Bayesian Statistics (EBEB).
Also on Monday, at 9:30 am, representatives of the Executive Directorate (DE) participated in a meeting of the Technical Committee on Census of Agriculture. At 3 pm, a team of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) takes part in an activity of the Working Group on Geographical Names as Cultural Heritage (UNGEGN).
On Tuesday (3), during the entire day, members of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participate in the event "2030 Agenda and SDG 18: Building Racially Fair and Inclusive Futures," at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA). At 4:30 pm, ENCE representatives take part in a meeting with representatives of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), in Brasília.
Still on Tuesday, at 9 am, the Coordination of Social Communication (CCS) carries out the press release of the System of Quarterly National Accounts (GDP). At 10 am, a DPE team participates in the 18th meeting of the Interagency Gender Working Group. The meeting is schedule to finish on Thursday.
On Wednesday (4), at 9 am, the CCS carries out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Industry: Physical Production - Brazil. At 3 pm, DGC representatives take part in the presentation of the Sustainable Chains Project for the IBGE.
On Thursday (5), at 10 am, a DGC team participates in the event Dissemination of the Brazilian Geographical Names Database (BNGB).
On Friday (6), at 9 am, ENCE teachers take part in a meeting on Advanced Topics in Assessment of Public Policies.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (2), at 2 pm, the State Superintendence of Espírito Santo (SES-ES) carries out a planning meeting of the Section of Information Dissemination (SDI-ES).
On Tuesday (3), at 9 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Ceará (SES-CE) takes part in the inauguration of Casa Brasil IBGE/CEARÁ IPECE.
On Thursday (5), at 10 am, the State Superintendence of Alagoas (SES-AL) carried out a meeting with heads of SES-AL branches.
On Friday (6), at 2:30 pm, a team of the State Superintendence of the Federal District (SES-DF) participates in the pre-embargo meeting 2022 Census: Characteristics of Households: Preliminary sample results.
